Description of Service

The service allows pet owners to register pets, associate QR codes with pets, and receive notifications when a registered tag is scanned.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain current contact information.
• Use the service lawfully.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee recovery of lost pets, uninterrupted availability, or successful delivery of notifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S&D Tech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or legal reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
